I’m going to be re-reading and re-reading this. We started Brainforge with both the service arm but also with a platform arm. The goal of the platform is to speed up and improve the quality of our service engineers. This is everything from code linting to scripts to improve setup time. Unfortunately building a company takes time so we’re still a ways away but better believe we’re going to build a platform team and then ideally find some ways to spin some internal tools out for monetization
